What is commercial HVAC and how does it differ from residential?

Commercial HVAC refers to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems designed for office buildings, retail centers, industrial facilities, and multi-tenant properties, which operate at larger capacities, require more complex zoning and controls, and demand licensed mechanical contractors rather than residential technicians. Unlike home systems, commercial equipment such as rooftop units, chillers, and large air handlers must meet stricter code requirements and support continuous occupancy loads.

Does NAC Mechanical & Electrical Services offer commercial HVAC duct cleaning?

Every time I reach out to this company, the people are rude to me and my team. The last work I called them for resulted in a bill for over $3000 for the tech to rewire a thermostat. Save your money and go with another company. I know I will.

BUYER BEWARE: This company scammed me with fraudulent services. Continues to delay a hood install and extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Has cost me thousands in construction and wasted time.

Fantastic company. I have used them for the past 10 years. They are a professional shop with some of the greatest techs ever. I never get complaints about there workers. They fix everything correctly and there work speaks for itself. I've quit using the cheap contractors who's work always looks bad and fails prematurely.
