Setting up an appointment with Mr. V Appliance was easy over phone/text and Alex was out to our house the next day to fix our dishwasher that wasn't washing & drying properly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem right away. He took photos to document what needed to be fixed & was done with the repairs within an hour. Mr V Appliance Repair is by far the best appliance repair service we ever had. Vadym was right on time to repair the glass panel on our KitchenAid stovetop oven. The stovetop oven was the original with the house when it was built in 1985. Vadym had to carefully remove the fragile glass panel but it cracked. He then sought out a replacement part but our stovetop oven was quite dated and no parts were available. Vadym offered to replace the entire appliance at NO cost. The replacement stovetop oven was a perfect match and fit. They totally stood by their service with no hesitation. Their service is the best!

First I want to say how happy I was to find a place that would actually work on a heat pump Washtower by LG. It's a new technology so not everyone is comfortable working with it. Roman, the technician who came to work on my unit, was prompt and communicative and showed great attention to detail. The nature of the problem means it might be some time before I will know if it is fully solved, but everything seems good right now, and Roman gave me no reason to believe that it will not be good. The price was even decent. Overall this was a very nice experience.
