One of the worst experiences I've had and unsure why it has gone downhill as I have used this group in the past. I had them come out to repair a washer on a new laundry center. The tech said it was the control board which is strange for a new washer. However, I had them replace it, then there was another issue. It worked for 30 minutes then the motor went out. I've tri3d to have management call me back on several occasions and have had no follow up. The tech was a no show for an appointment, never called me the owner, just fixed and sent a bill. A day later the motor went out. Remind you this is a new machine less than 6 months old. Had an electrician look at it and was grounded improperly, shorted the system and now another control board is needed. It is actually a wiring issue with the harness and the board never needed to be replaced. Have tried calling several times to talk to management and never receive a call back. Extremely disappointed with this company as they don't care about customer service, cant show up or call and seem to hire techs thst cant do the work. I even requested a different tech but got the same person.

This has been the worst experience I’ve had. I want to warn others so they don’t waste their money. We contacted them in July after our fridge was no longer working. I was excited because they could come out right away and service our fridge. The original technician came and told us everything would be fixed in 5-7 days once the parts came in. Our fridge was FINALLY serviced in September. For those 6 weeks we never received any updates on our services and it was nearly impossible to speak with anyone. Once the second technician came out our fridge still did not work. They refused to come back out until we bought more parts. During this time we spoke to a manager who also was ineffective at communication. Previous to this we were told our fridge will be working after the repair. We asked for a refund on their work or service which they declined. They also refused to come back out. We went with a different company (since fridge) still didn’t work for them to say the part repaired was never the issue. I have reached out to Mr. appliance multiple times without any response. Or the call centers response of the “someone has already spoke to you before”. I’m hoping maybe I can get some clarity after this review. But in the meantime hope no one else loses money to such a poorly ran company

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. We scheduled a service call to troubleshoot an issue with our range hood, and the technician confidently told us he knew exactly which part needed to be ordered. We were charged $500 for this. Three weeks later, the technician returned to install the part only to tell us it was the wrong one. When my husband (who was at work) asked why the incorrect part had been ordered, the technician simply said, “I don’t know, I ordered it a while ago.” My husband requested to speak with a manager and asked the technician to leave. About 30 minutes later, the technician came back with his manager on speaker phone. I asked her to call my husband directly since he was more familiar with the situation, but she was rude, abrasive, and unwilling to help. Since then, my husband has made multiple attempts to resolve this and request a refund for the incorrect part and diagnostic fee since they were still unable to tell us what is wrong with the appliance. When he finally got in touch with the manager again today, she was just as dismissive and refused to issue any refund. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. I strongly recommend reading the negative reviews before considering this company to save yourself a lot of time, money, and stress.
