Mr. Appliance of Anchorage

By our communication and standards of good practice, I’d have to say they did not arrive when they said they would. Evidently an employee with car issues. The gentleman arrived about 2 hrs later than what was communicated. Once here, he got right after the problem and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. He was knowledgeable, polite, and quick. I like to try and fix my own stuff, and after watching him do the repair, it was $ well spent. I would have taken all day and probably broke something. Great work but lacking on the punctuality and communication when late.

Kyle arrived right on time, no waiting a week, they got us in within a day of calling. He immediately said he knew what the problem was and in a matter of 2 minutes it was fixed. He was confident, not arrogant and showed me what to check next time. He didn't waste time or drag it out, I really appreciate doing good business with good businesses!
