Sidney did a great job installing our new wine room AC. He was respectful of our property and cleaned up all the debris. Modern Aire used all excellent materials and stuck with their estimate. We are very happy with Modern Aire.

Syd and Mason installed a new AC system in my home and I am very happy with their work. The finished duct work is impressive and it took many hours to do in very tight attic spaces. They showed up on time each morning (2) and worked non stop til late in the day. Never in a rush but working steady and I never saw them take a break. The team was also very patient with me asking questions and watching their progress. My first contact with this company to get an estimate was Brett. He too was a pleasure to deal with and presented himself professionally. He knew the answers to my questions without having to contact someone else in the office/business. The SRQ county permit inspection for finished work was done this morning with no issues! Also I would like to say a good word about who was is in the office coordinating the appointments and county inspection. Sorry, I forgot her name. We had an emergency AC issue and Josh R. from Modern Air & Refrigeration was absolutely fantastic. He was responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. What we appreciated most was that he didn’t rush he took the time to thoroughly check everything and make sure the system was fully fixed and running properly before leaving.It’s hard to find technicians who are both efficient and genuinely caring, and Josh was both. We’re very grateful for his help and would highly recommend him and the company to anyone needing HVAC service or emergency repairs.
