I contacted Shawn yesterday because of a concern I had about the furnace and ac unit his technicians installed in December 2025. He scheduled Gary, a technician, for a visit to the house the next morning to accommodate our work schedule. Gary addressed the concern about the unit quickly and professionally. Scheduling was easy, communication clear, tech showed up within scheduled allotment. Our issue was addressed and fixed. Something else was brought to our attention with photos, a price was given and we were able to address that at the same time.
