The whole experience was great. I got a call from the office asking when I was available for my 6 month AC checkup. I had completely forgotten and I appreciate the call as a member. Day of appointment was smooth. I got regular text messages letting me know I was in the system and then a time window. 40 mins before arrival I got a call saying the technician was on the way. Shawn Reyes was fantastic. Very friendly and respectful. He put boot covers on his shoes before coming into the house. He spent a long time in the attic and on the roof checking everything was okay. While he did tell me a part was nearing end of life expectancy he didn't try and upsell me on it and said we could leave it since it was working fine. He also asked for a hose that would reach the top of the roof since he said the condensor was looking grimy and was kind enough to also wash off solar panels when I asked him to since he was up there. Very happy with Shawn overall!

Brian Barrera from MightyServ came out right away when I called because my air conditioning was not working. He was very diligent and carefully inspected the available power, the thermostat and the A/C unit itself which was on the roof of the condominium building. He explained his findings and communicated his recommendations. After his made the required repairs to get the air conditioning working again, he evaluated the system to see that it was working well. I would definitely use MightyServ again. I think that Brian was very competent and responsible.

My service was fabulous. Marlon and Juan were absolutely wonderful and did a very thorough job. They made me feel extremely comfortable and informed me of where they were going and what would be done. After checking the thermostat inside and changing our filter, they proceeded to do maintenance on the outside unit. Our unit is on the roof, and they were fully prepared to get up there. I had a stroke 2 years ago and am not entirely mobile, I do all right around the house, it is probably harder for me than anyone visiting. Marlon called my husband to say they could do the service without disrupting my day. My husband said it was just fine to knock on the door, which it was, and they were only here for about an hour. Their level of professionalism and the time they took to explain everything to me, and show me photos of their work was outstanding. Highly recommend!
