I had a great experience with Midwest Mechanical. My air conditioner was not working properly and Angel showed up before the scheduled time, and did a great job taking the time to explain the issue in detail, and even showed me photos of everything he was checking and fixing. He is experienced, very knowledgeable, and great at what he does. The company should be very proud that they have such a great and knowledgeable employee! If you want a friendly, courteous, and an experienced Company that has great employees and knows how to treat their customers right, I highly recommend using Midwest Mechanical. I will recommend this company to anyone and everyone!! With a big snow storm coming in our heater started blowing cold air overnight. Called and they were really busy but thankfully was able to squeeze me in as I have a 6 month old. Anthony is the technician that came and was able to fix everything and get it running again! I called Midwest Mechanical to figure out why our furnace was not operating correctly. Their service man, Lee Mickey came out to help us. He was great! He was able to quickly identify the problem and he also explained why it occurred and how he was fixing the issue. He provided a detailed explanation such that I could figure out what the codes meant that the computer was identifying and how to reduce the issue in the future. Lee was not only a good repairman but also a good teacher on how to determine future problems and how to reduce the issue. I will definitely call Midwest Mechanical the next time I need to have it serviced again. They are a solid 5 rating.
