Helped me find a part for a much older Traulsen. Justin did the research based on the serial number of my fridge and came up with an exact replacement. He took the time to confirm measurements and we dropped it in and it was superior to the old evap coil ( epoxy coated to decrease corrosion ) . Part was carefully packed and delivered promptly. Excellent service & very helpful counter man . They took the time to get me a part to keep from having to buy a new dual temp and were a pleasure to deal with. Thanks.

===== SCAMMER BEWARE !!!! ====== Avoid Midwest Appliance Parts at all costs!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! I received TWO defective OEM replacement parts in a row from this company. The first failed immediately, they acknowledged the failure and sent a replacement, and the replacement failed almost immediately as well. When I requested a refund for the defective merchandise, their response was essentially: “You opened the box, therefore no refund.” Think about how absurd that is. The only way to determine whether an electrical component is defective is to install and test it. By their logic, the customer assumes all risk for defective parts while the seller assumes none. Even worse, they never requested return of the defective component before refusing the refund. This is an abusive and anti-customer business policy, plain and simple. If you buy from this company, understand that if they ship you a defective electrical part, you are stuck with iit and they will keep your money. I will never do business with Midwest Appliance Parts again.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. They sent me the wrong part, I returned it promptly as their return policy stated. I received an email stating my refund will be received in 2 business days. 3 days later I received an email stating that I wasn't going to receive any refund and they requestied a return label. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING MIDWEST APPLIANCE PARTS. They are a big scam. Buy your parts from the manufacturer, it will be cheaper anyway. $360 lost for a washing machine console. Unbelievable!
