We are pretty happy with our MGP experience. We "subscribe" to them so we get 2 maintenance visits per year (Spring AC prep and Fall heater prep + tankless flush) and when we have had weekday emergencies, they have been able to accommodate us same-day. They did a great job on our tankless hot water heater replacement although the price of it was over $500 more than what we were quoted in September. I understand quotes are only good for a limited time, I just thought it would be closer to the September estimate than it was. Still very happy to use them and grateful they could take care of the HWH issue in such a timely manner. I do recommend them
