Tindy, Ryan and the guys from Merritt replumbed our laundry room and reset a toilet in our newly tiled bathroom. They did a fantastic job with our farmhouse sink in the laundry room and hid the washer-plug-ins behind the drywall to make the appear so much more seamless and beautiful. The caulking is immaculate and everyone we dealt with, especially Tindy, was super friendly and kind. Great communication start to finish. You can’t see the plumbing in the photos but that’s kind of the point. It all works so well and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you.

Merritt came out to do a faucet replacement in my bathroom and the experience was great start to finish. I had bought the faucet myself at the hardware store and wasn't sure if they'd be okay installing customer-supplied parts, but it wasn't a problem at all. The plumber who came was friendly, knew what he was doing, and got it done without any issues. Old faucet had been leaking around the base for months and I was worried there might be damage underneath but everything looked fine. He checked it out thoroughly before finishing up. I'm in Columbia and finding reliable tradespeople who actually show up when they say they will is harder than it should be. Merritt is the real deal. Booked them already for a water heater inspection next month.
