TL;DR I highly recommend Mechanical Solutions. I am a residential customer with a holding tank and solids pump that moves waste uphill to the sewer system. These are delicate systems and when they fail time is of the essence or you’re dealing with a major inconvenience and potentially worse. I’ve been a customer for several years since we purchased the home. We’ve had routine service calls, installation of new pump and plumbing, and most recently a warranty service and replacement. These service is absolutely top notch from scheduling to timeliness and quality of work. Special shoutout to Carole in the office and Joe in the field who move mountains to service the customer.

We just had our grinder pump replaced by MSI and it marks the end of a long road. We first replaced the panel, had MSI come out a couple times to fix pump issues, and finally had them replace the pump. During every visit they were courteous with great customer service. They were easy to contact, and had quick responses throughout. In the end, the pump ended up being hundreds of dollars less than the quote. They could have kept this money, but they chose to pass it on to me, their customer. Thank you for your hard work and honesty.
