Nick was Awesome. We had 2 other guys come out to our business but neither of them were as thorough or cared as much as Nick did. He helped us to understand all that was wrong and even though it ended up with us having to order a new unit it’s nice to know that he did everything he could to make sure our problem was getting diagnosed correctly. Extremely unprofessional and rude driver! There’s no need to scream and swear at me because I chose not to go around a vehicle that was turning left. I would never in my life make such an uncomfortable and unnecessary scene in a company vehicle. Make better choices.

They have been OK for some things I suppose, but on their HVAC and RTU services this company has been a disaster. Between 2024 and 2025, they have created no fewer than three rooftop refrigerant leaks, with propylene glycol streaming down into multiple floors of our office building over the past year. Each time they come out it seems like there is a leak, an insurance claim, and months of follow up repairs on the damage.
