I reached out to Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning for a quote on a major job at my home. Meghan responded to me promptly and suggested an upcoming day and time which I accepted. She also confirmed the day before. I took the morning off work, but unfortunately Booker did not arrive or call. 30 minutes after the appointment time, I reached out to Meghan who responded that Booker must be running behind schedule. An hour after the scheduled appointment, I told Meghan I needed to get to work and could not wait any longer. She was apologetic and courteous, and offered to reschedule; however I am planning to look for another company. Disappointed not to be able to support this local small business and I understand that things come up, but the lack of a call and the no-show did not give me confidence in this company.

Meghan in Customer service is excellent. This was my first time using Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning. My air conditioning was not working during the high temperatures in May and they came right out. The HVAC workers were courteous, and polite and didn’t leave until my air condition unit was working. They even offered to take their boots off while coming into my home. I highly recommend.

He explained every detail necessary in replacing our furnace and handled everything for us. He showed up when he said he would and worked very hard to complete the job within the same day.
