I cannot sing enough praises for McMaster Mechanical. I work with many contractors so I know how hard it is to find someone who is reliable and competent. Bryan has went above and beyond in every job he has done for us. He does not hire other workers cheaply to do the job for him like I've had other contractors do; He makes sure that the job is done correctly himself. I have found Bryan to be forthright, honest, skilled, proficient and professional. He will explain the job to you and what it entails and keep communication with you until it is done. Brian is an amazing service provider! I had an issue where the HVAC was not turning on. Even though it was not urgent, Brian came the same day and completed the repair. He identified the issue immediately and repaired the issue. The level of professionalism, honesty and competence he displayed was second to none! This was originally a situation that was partially covered by our home warranty. However the home warranty vendor attempted a "money grab" and tried to extort an additional 400.00 in repairs that weren't necessary or warranted. Brian fixed the problem and his charges were more than fair. It is clear he is a very honest person and takes great pride in providing excellent service. In this day and age, it is often hard to find honest and trustworthy service people. I have the utmost confidence and comfort with Brian and his company and would not hesitate using him for any future issues I may have. Thank you for your excellent service, you are truly top notch!
