I got a quote from Mason Professional Services to have a Stage 2 EV charger installed in our garage. In addition, I needed a 240 volt waterproof receptacle to plug in an outdoor sauna. Jeff came out to give the quote and then came back for the install a few days later. The EV install cost $750, and the permitting cost $200. The additional receptacle was quoted at just shy of $1,400 due to the trenching and extra materials needed. I decided to not move forward with the receptacle and just have the EV charger installed. The work was expected to take only a few hours and Jeff gave me a window from 8a-12p. He arrived just after 8:30a and had the work complete within 2 hours. Everything was done correctly and the EV charger looks great! Later, we discussed just placing a waterproof 240V receptacle outside the breaker box. The price was much more affordable, so I decided to move forward with that project same day. An additional $370 to have that installed. Overall, I was very pleased with Jeff’s workmanship and professionalism.

Had to call after hours on a Saturday. The AI assistant is quite good. I spoke with a tech, Alberto, almost immediately and he was at the house within an hour. Great response. Alberto then took lots of photos of the dead rooftop AC unit and contacted the proper folks to set up an appointment at my home on Monday to review options.
