Had Mason Air replace an old ac unit and install an air split in a bedroom. James came to my home and went over several options to ensure my end result was 100% satisfied. James is the most courteous man ive ever had the pleasure to meet. James sent Mike and Daniel to install the equipment, they were very courteous and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. They took the time to go over any concerns they came across and made sure i understood the process. They would reach out to let me know when they would be arriving and let me know if they needed to leave to pick up supplies. They worked swiftly and kept the work areas clean. Our AC went out at night, and Mason Repair came out immediately. Julian was professional, friendly and the most thorough repair person I've ever hired. I'm in the process of selling my home and the inspection brought up 2 HVAC issues that I was to address. Jason H. arrived promptly for the appointment. I showed him the inspection report, he looked at my unit and explained that the items on the report were actually not required. One of the items is only required if the unit is elevated on a second floor, but my house is one level and unit is on the "ground floor". The second item, was actually there and functioning as intended, in fact Mason had originally installed a backup pump in addition to the normal condensate line, so the unit had extra protection. Jason H. showed me the backup and the main line and clearly explained everything to me. He wrote up a report detailing this so I could give to my realtor. It was very reassuring to know you can totally trust Mason. It's employees like Jason H. that approach clients with such integrity that really make or break a company. I will always recommend Mason for HVAC needs. In a world where you have to be so vigilant to make sure no one is taking advantage of you, it's a relief to have such good, honest service.
