Bought a Robinair A/C machine second hand and had a problem with it, called out and talked to Kevin and he gave me some things to try and was very helpful with trying to pinpoint the problem without pressuring me to have them service the unit. He did a great job explaining the things it could be and steps to take to try and remedy the issue without trying to sell me a service or parts. Very happy with how professional he was on the phone and in genuinely trying to just help out a person that called up who hasn't ever spent any money with them. If I do need service for the machine it will be going to Marking Refrigeration as long as I own it! Thanks Kevin!!!

The company I work for had a problem with an A/C machine, I spoke with Hank about coming out to repair it, Hank gave me a couple of things to try myself, one of them worked flawlessly. Thank you, I will 100% use them for any repairs at our 4 locations in the future!

Do not call, you will be so surprised how rude of their technician whose name is David treat you, if you have any questions of how expensive they are charging you, he will brake your refrigerator again and tell you find someone else. This company is a big joke in Omaha!
