Maltese & Co Restaurant Equipment

They don't back up their used equipment. Bought used ovens. They are fairly high tech with touch screens. When I purchased them, I was told they were tested and ready to go. In reality whomever they hired to cleanup the ovens destroyed the touchscreen by using an abrasive pad. Tried to contact the sales rep and owner. They both ignored me. Sales rep was very friendly and we talked about repeat business. As I know they purchase used equipment from closed stores and restaurants I am sure they made a pretty penny from the $7,000 I sent them. I recommend no one do business with these guys. Especially used equipment. As a side note: I am purchasing an $11,000 sandwich prep table this week.

They also have Wonderful service at this one stop shop. There is a sales person name Karen that is extremely knowledgeable, kind and goes above and beyond to make your experience delightful.

Great experience! Came out the next day to do an estimate and ended up doing the repair on the spot for 1 of our units and the estimate for our other 2 units. Was a lot cheaper than expected and the technician that came out was incredibly professional and quick. So happy to have find this company!
