Lucky Air and Plumbing

The leak started early January 2026. The man started working and couldn’t get it done. Two other men came to help and got the copper pipe fixed. In March of the same year, more pin holes appeared and the technician came only to be shocked and disgusted by the work done in January. He tried to correct the problem, but couldn’t get the water turned off completely so not to be able to sodder the copper pipe. After the job was finally done, we now have pipes looking like sugar canes. Not sure if the sodden pipe will hold well. I’m only thankful that the men tried to correct the issues without charging me more. Recently, because the place where the pipe was repaired remained damp, I contacted Lucky to have it rechecked and I was charged for a service call because no leak was found. I try to dispute the charge and no one, including even the company's President, would contact us to discuss and resolve the issue. Incompetency, unprofessional and untrustworthy well described the company.
