We had LW install a boiler in 2021. Great service then. In the fall 2024 we had issues and a tech came out and did some work on it. Nice tech, great work. No complaints. Last month, boiler stopped working again. Had a tech come out to look at it. He told us that the boiler was "hard to get parts for. You need a new one". After telling him the this boiler was 5 years old and we were keeping it, he told us to try replacing the igniter and flame sensor. He then told me that I should order them myself, otherwise his company would put "a huge mark-up" on the parts. He started that he was not knowledgeable about this brand/model of boiler. He was here for an hour and fifteen minutes (going by time stamps on the door security camera) and charged us $380. I did order the parts, but they didn't solve the issue. We called a week later and asked LW to send a more knowledgeable tech, but they sent us the same guy. He couldn't even find the model, which is clearly visible on the side of the boiler. He once again stated that we need a new boiler and went on about how hard they were to find parts for. I have found a half dozen heating parts supply companies online that carry parts for this particular make and model. He stated that the boiler would have to be totally removed and dismantled to service, and that would be "very expensive". LW later quoted us $12,000 to replace the boiler. This is a wall mounted boiler for a 900sf condo with no zones, no hot water on demand, and using the existing connections. All he seemed interested in was selling us a new boiler. The tech was here for 1.5 hours the second time and changed us for 2.25 hours for $470. Each trip, we were charged a $50 trip charge and a $15 "consumables" charge (what the hell is that?). So here we are, $850 poorer and still no heat! We called another company, and they charged $180 to come diagnose the boiler. They recommend a service and cleaning with a combustion analysis. He stated that the combustion chamber could be removed and cleaned without removing the boiler. We'll see how it goes.

DON’T BELIEVE OR TRUST THE NAME OF THIS COMPANY. Had them fix a shower faucet leak. Quick job. Under $300. Awesome. Called them back to fix a leak in a PVC pipe and look at my washer plumbing. 3 hour job. Replaced 2-3 section pvc, sealed it. 5 minute look at washer plumbing. Nothing wrong. Received a statement for $351.00. Paid it. Week later received another statement saying I owed almost another $800!! Excuse me? You were paid in full. Called the store and was blocked by Tiffany who would only state someone from accounting will call back explain the added charges. DON’T CALL THIS COMPANY. Went through and read other 1 star reviews. Same complaints. Over billing and putting a middle finger in your face.

I highly suggest residential customers go with another company. Had them over for 1-2days of work and it totaled nearly 12k. No quote, no anything.....they were nice and (working very slowly) got the pipes fixed but I know a lot of families could never recover from such a financial situation and I thought it would be important to warn folks.
