Having been back-and-forth to our office-The Law Office of Maurice Verrillo, P.C. (Rochester, NY) a handful of times over the past couple weeks, Leo J. Roth Corp. employee, Robert Pierce, has been very efficient, prompt, and professional in his undertakings to keep our hvac unit running. Undaunted by 100+ degree temperatures on the roof, cloudy/rainy skies, and an ever-pressing schedule, Mr. Pierce was thorough in replacing the necessary parts for our unit, answering our questions with honesty and professionalism concerning the future longevity of our hvac unit, monitoring our thermostat readings, and temping the various vents in our suite. My sincere appreciation to Mr. Pierce for his service and best wishes for his future/potential with Leo J. Roth Corporation.

Since having Leo J Roth HVAC install our new furnace and AC, we have them service the furnace in the fall and AC in the spring. They are easy to schedule and timely when doing the maintenance. We just had Pat with Leo J Roth Plumbing Division out on Tuesday to estimate the plumbing work and today the work was completed by Sully. Fantastic job!

Our waste water pipe cracked on a Friday night- they had a tech out that night to assess the situation and develop a plan. They worked with us throughout the process, communication was fantastic, our tech (Sully) was very professional and the rates were very reasonable. We will continue to use Leo J. Roth for all of our needs.
