I cannot say enough good things about Fernando’s team at Legacy Plumbing — Mitch, Neeko, and Jesse were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and incredibly hardworking. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and treated my home with care and respect the entire time. What really stood out was their teamwork, communication, and attitude. You can tell this crew genuinely takes pride in their work and cares about the customer experience. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly, and their professionalism never wavered. I also want to recognize Thai, the manager of Fernando’s team. Great leadership is obvious when you see a crew operating this smoothly, respectfully, and efficiently. Thai clearly leads by example and has built a team that reflects professionalism, accountability, and pride in their work. A huge thank you as well to Dakota, the GM, for running such an incredible operation. When a company has this level of customer service, professionalism, communication, and quality across the board, it starts at the top. It’s clear Dakota has created a culture where customers are genuinely valued and employees take pride in their work. Fernando’s entire team deserves recognition for the level of service they provide. It’s rare to find a company with this kind of integrity, work ethic, and customer care anymore. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Charles was so helpful and amazing. He was respectful, punctual, and got our water heater issue taken care of quickly! He also noticed a separate issue with my sink filters and helped fix that too at no extra cost, which was incredibly kind of him. I really appreciated how professional and genuine he was! We have had the misfortune of experiencing multiple severe plumbing issues in both of our condo's bathrooms, and the guys from Legacy have been so helpful! Recently, we had a minor issue. The water in our shower would not get hot, so I called Legacy since we've used them before for our previous plumbing issues and had positive experiences. This time Keegan came out, and fixed the issue in no time. He also took a look at our hot water heater and answered some questions about the gas fireplace while he was here. He was polite and pleasant, and he even gave our cat, Zoe, some pets and attention before he left.
