I had a great experience overall. The company had the part in stock and was able to schedule me within 24 hours, which I really appreciated. The service was efficient and everything went smoothly. The only thing that caught me off guard was the tip option for the technician—I wasn’t expecting that. Other than that, I was very happy with the service.
