Leo took great care of us. He was available next day for our service call and scheduling the follow up repair was super quick. We rent so he helped get an estimate with photos that got our landlord to approve the work. The actual day of the repair he was in and out in under 2 hours. If we every have any HVAC issues with our other units he'll be the first call.

My mini split went out right in the middle of a freak March heat wave. Leo came out the very same day and got an initial fix in place - which wasn't easy given the unconventional way my AC system had been installed. He proactively reached out to me over the subsequent days, and ultimately determined that he would need to come out and do further work (all for the same price, mind you). He went above and beyond during that second visit to get everything running smoothly again - I mean literally above and beyond given that he climbed up into a tiny crawl space above my closet! Professional, a good communicator, solid work. Great experience!
