La Notte Refrigeration, Inc.

To give the premise, I am a business owner with a walk-in cooler and freezer. On Sunday evening, I discovered the freezer portion of our walk-in was not operating correctly and not holding temperature. I reached out after hours and was able to connect with a dispatcher who said a tech will be in contact with me shortly. Two hours go by no contact so I call in and I’m told the same thing. Another three hours go by I called in and I’m told the same thing and it’s now 12:30 AM. Finally the Tech gives me a call and let me know that he won’t be coming tonight and will be coming the next morning. I say OK I’ll see you then. The next morning comes and no one shows up. I call in at 9:30 AM and I am then told that there was nothing scheduled for me. Apparently there was a mixup in their office and a dispatcher called out sick and those are the reasons why no one showed up. I am then told they will fit me into the schedule. I wait two hours and no one calls or shows up so I call in and I am told the manager is still working on getting someone to come out to my business. It’s now 4:30 PM still no one has shown up or called. I call in and I’m asked to submit a new request. I explained that I have been on the phone with their office on and off since early morning and I’m just following up to see when the tech will be arriving. Nothing is done to help me in the situation and they keep telling me someone will come and no one comes. I understand things happen, but to have a business in critical need of help and to be leading me on like this is very unprofessional and has led to further issues than if they had just told me no one is coming. They are great at answering the phone, but not much else.

They installed a new AC unit and told the technician to call the company that controls the AC to connect the AC correctly. Which the technician never did . Called them more them 5 times and every time they said technician will be out within certain Time frame and never ever any technician showed up. Even after I had spoke to the supervisor named Jerry and still the same thing’s happened!! Super unreliable company!! The technician Are very bad as well show up to the job Kate and acts like nothing happened. The funny thing that the lying about the time on the invoice also. The technician left my place at 12:30 pm and out on the invoice stating they left at 1:30 PM! Big scammer

Lanotte did an excellent job resolving my issue efficiently. Eric was thorough in troubleshooting and identified that the faulty parts were still under warranty. Edgar promptly replaced the defective components and ensured the system was functioning perfectly. The entire team displayed professionalism, attentiveness, and provided top-notch customer service
