LJ Kruse service was great. Jordan serviced the furnace within 24 hours of requesting service. He was on time, professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything to me, and got the furnace running again. The service fee was explained clearly by staff when I made the appointment and I was billed as expected. I strongly recommend LJ Kruse.

My whole experience with LJ Kruse Plumbing was great. From their website, to getting someone on the phone right away, the quick response time and the fair prices. But most important was the plumber, Jason, who was very kind, personable and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem with my water heater, ordered the part and repaired it saving me from having to buy a new one. His honesty was very refreshing. Experience was great and the job got done successfully, which I appreciate. I did find it pricey, tbh.. *Needed my furnace looked at since it needed a new pressure safety switch installed. Tech was there for 1.5hrs and the part he used couldn’t’ve been more than $20 tops - Total came out to $479..😬 (Was hoping for just under $300 max) ..Anyway, we have working heat which is good but ya know..times are rough is all..
