We are very impressed with Kron and West and the service they provided to us. They came out quickly and fixed the issue. The former owner of our condo had a maintenance contract that we were unaware of with two paid visits remaining. We had paid the technician for the work only to have the company call us to let us know of the contract. They reimbursed us. Honesty is sadly rare these days with things like this Nice to see a company with integrity!!! Thank you!! We highly recommend.

The folks at Kron & West Air Conditioning were professional, friendly and fast! Last summer Bob came right to our home to give us an estimate for replacement of a 1.5 ton a/c, heat pump, air handler, new pad for the compressor, thermostat, circuit breakers. Days later the expert technicians were up in the attic getting the old stuff out and the new handler and drain pan installed. The pad was placed for the compressor. Compressor placed. Electrical replaced, lines flushed, thermostat calibrated. Amazing! All in one day. I was so impressed with their work! We are so fortunate here in St. Petersburg to have such a great company! Thank you!
