People this place are scamming people! They went to my parents house to fix a stove They charge them $75 dollars for home services They did not fix anything, but instead broke another line gas in the stove. They keep telling my parents to buy another stove that they sell for $300. And they would take the broken one. The worst part is that they remove screws and other parts in the stove that they did not put them back, Causing a SAFETY HAZARD in the house! Worst place ever i would never call these people for everything! P.S (I also called the guy that went to my parents house, he was very rude and would not have any solution for this problem)

Update #2: They just replied saying there were no issues at all. That is a lie. They got their money from us, but we had to remove theirs the next day at our expense and also had to go buy another fridge somewhere else and never got the money back paid for the broken smelly bug infested fridge they sold us. They are liars and a rip off. Update: Their fridge has been in the house for under 10 hours. I'm up at 2:30am freaking out. I went to get some water and thought I saw something, I got a flashlight and bugs scurried back under the fridge. Small, could be bed bugs or baby cockroaches. I'm so grossed out. No wonder they tried to drown the fridge in something perfumy, probably masking bad odor or bug spray or both. Original review: They damaged and scraped and splintered original stained woodwork on both sides of the doorway panels of the house, and scraped up the fridge they delivered too. The fridge was leaking and they left a lot of water spilled all over the hardwood up and down the hall. It took 8 hours for the fridge to come to temp (normal is about 2 hours) and it never stops running LOUDLY, I can hear it in my room down the hall with the door closed. I know the PG&E is going to spike, because it's running so hard and so inefficiently. The downstairs apartment below the house had a fridge from them and it drove up our PG&E bill by about $200 a month and died quickly, only the freezer worked. The electrical usage went down the day we unplugged it, it's sitting in the garage now. The fridge that just died here upstairs in the house was from them too. The fridge they delivered today has a shelf that belongs to another fridge, it doesn't fit or go all the way back so anything in the back will fall behind the shelf. We had to remove the entire shelf, so we're down a shelf and have no cheese/deli drawer. The fridge STINKS like they tried to mask with a gallon of something perfumy, the food will smell and taste like that. I took every dirty shelf and drawer out and hand washed and dried them, and cleaned the inside of the fridge and freezer with alcohol and it still stinks. To get the fridge cold and at a temperature safe for food, I had to turn the temperature down, so now the freezer is at negative 20 which means the food will freezer burn because there's only 1 dial for both the fridge and freezer. I called the store and they hung up on me. Before delivery the store called and a man yelled at me saying I owe him $75 dollars and I don't. I asked what a price difference would be for a different fridge because the first one they never delivered was too tall to fit (I was smart enough to ask beforehand), and so we didn't even get that fridge and I never agreed to give him anything, I rent. We were supposed to get specifically a Whirlpool and they delivered a Kenmore instead. They took the old fridge and that's their scheme, they'll "fix" it and sell another broken fridge to someone else for the price they just sold us this piece of junk for. I rent and the owner is insistent on buying their used junk every couple of years or less instead of buying a brand new one that will be clean, work, and last many years... for a little more than this place's junk ones he could get a new one. Every time one of this places fridges die everyone here loses all their groceries, and we're paying high PG&E over their poorly running appliances.
