I spent 2 weeks with numerous HVAC companies getting bids on converting our big older house to AC. It started feeling like the same well dressed estimator or tired service manager each time. Well, 2nd to last estimate I met Chad. Straight away this guy had an idea no one had thought of (even me). Our "get us into the 21st century" package included 6 mini splits and a 4 ton split unit. This required electrical work and some drywall patching and finishing, all taken care of by Kidzz. During the job I never got excuses, I never got billed for more than we agreed to. The guys showed up bright and early every morning, and wrapped things up nice and tidy each afternoon. Kristi in the office is straight to the point, no fluff which I appreciate. We had a new tankless water heater installed and it was a pretty big job. Miguel and Aiden did an amazing job! They were professional, knowledgeable, and cleaned up once the job was complete. It has been a joy to interact with Kidzz Mechanical ‘s office to coordinate appointments, schedules, and communications——no frustrating, unending voice jail or incomplete, unresponsive communications with this team!
