We are so grateful for the Gentleman who came to fix our AC units at our home, and after running into alot of trouble, (old units), ERIC refused to give up. I have never seen this kind of customer service before. It was truly exceptional and Eric worked extremely hard, was extremely polite and took the time to share the entire process (over a few day period), with my wife, step by step, and exhibited such professionalism and kindness to our entire family. I have dealt with a lot of different people over the years and I can truly say with all my heart, that Eric, by far, has absolutely exceed them ALL. — Thank you Eric for not giving up on my family in 108 degree Bakersfield sweltering heat, refusing to give up, and genuinely caring about our family. You told me, “I have children too and just thinking about them, I am going to do everything in my power to get your AC turned on again, so your children can be comfortable and I will not go home or give up until this is accomplished”. — Eric, you have my respect always, from man to man.. and I’m grateful for getting to know you.
