OMG! I’ve used KCC for my heating and air needs and Colin has been to my home for both issues. Let me tell you that he is simply awesome. Knowledgeable , thorough, friendly and very professional. He explains everything and makes sure you have a full understanding of the work that’s being done and any future needed repairs and recommendations. I was so pleased that I offered him a tip both times but he would not accept it. He’s a great guy that does great work for a great company. Also when scheduling appointments ( I had to reschedule due to work commitments) Ashley in residential was extremely helpful, friendly, polite and professional. I highly recommend KCC!!

I am very pleased to have a new furnace and outdoor system installed by the Kentucky Comfort Center. I called during a time when my homes original unit had a compressor burn out, the part was too old to find a replacement. My family and I had managed for a few days with widow units and fans, but its the hottest parts of the summer and we are running fans constantly. I submitted requests for quotes from several companies over the weekend in hopes that we could have our house comfortable as soon as possible. We were responded to immediately. After reviewing several companies quotes, Kentucky comfort had better prices for a similar system than the other companies in the area. The quote was exactly what we needed for our size home, I didn’t feel any pressure to upgrade, upsize or add anything, they listened to what we needed when we got our quote. Plus the financing option was very reasonable and worked for our budget. Aside from the better price for the system, the install team was able to schedule our install in just a few short days. Everyone I spoke to and had emailed understood the urgency. I feel every possible step was made to have our system installed quickly and securely. The installation team (Jack and Cory) showed up on time and communicated their arrival. Jack and Cory were very nice when I asked questions about the system during the install, I feel much better that I know how my system operates. They were very friendly and understanding, they worked hard to make sure my family would not have to suffer through any more hot days like it has been recently. I’m so thankful for all the people I have talked to through during this process. I feel secure that the warranties provided from here will ensure that we will have a comfortable home for years to come. I plan on contacting this company again since they have other services besides heating and air.

Their technicians are awesome, I can’t say enough about Colin. However, if you are buying a new unit, do yourself a big favor and avoid this company. A 4 year old unit is already faulty and although the parts warranty is still there, they will not waive a diagnostic fee. Its a principle issue at this point and their operations manager, David Weber will not do anything to help. This is after missed appointments and no urgency to rectify an issue with the $10k unit they sold that was faulty. Not only due I have to pay a greedy diagnostic fee for them to tell my why their installed unit is leaking, but I will also have to pay the recharge and labor for repair. Again, this a 4 year old unit. Do yourself a favor and find a company that will stand behind their work/product and will do so with care. A great suggestion would be Roehrs Heating and Cooling. They back their products/labor and actually do whats right for the homeowner. KCC should be ashamed of how this process has been handled.
