Don’t use these folks. You will meet the owner but the work will be subcontracted out. We paid 26,000.00 for a system in our historic home with bead board ceilings. Months later water poured through the ceiling boards and onto the bed and hard wood floors. They sent the same subcontractor out to fix the system. Then sent a guy behind him to paint the ceiling. Well The boards had been saturated and over a couple months The paint bubbled and the 100 year old bead board is warped, sags and has gaps. We called and they sent two installers with moisture monitors to come test the house. Moisture did not register. Then said “I see what you’re saying. I’ll tell the boss but I’m not the one who writes the checks”. Front desk staff responds sweetly then all you hear from them is crickets. This company bends over backwards when they’re selling to you.. Real accountability? No . The ceiling looks like a scary movie and it’s an air bnb we now can’t rent until we hire someone, on our dime for a problem we did not cause, to fix.

Today we had a service tech come out and we were very pleased with his professionalism, courtesy and extensive knowledge. Our mother is 99 years old and on hospice. Thank you to John Taylor for helping us navigate a tough situation. We will be replacing the entire system. Keith Air Conditioning and John Taylor were great. Mr. Taylor is an asset to your company. Jayson did the install and he was great also! Extremely polite and professional as was his helper, Joe. They worked hard and fast and had us back online quickly and everything was cleaned up! These guys were great and well represented Keith Air Conditioning!
