I ordered a part for a Rheem tankless water the lady at the desk quoted me $77 and change plus tax totalling around $86 I said on order it and I paid. And she said it will be in in 1 to 2 weeks and there will be a shipping and handling fee but she could not tell me how much it was until the part arrived. So just over a week passes I get the call to pick it up. I go get it and hit with a FIFTY dollar shipping and handing for a tiny part the fits in one hand. I did not agree and said no!!! I don't want no part of this scam. Then after going a talking to someone else I was told there was a fee for returning the item and I would not be getting all money back. That's when I walked out in frustration and said a few unkind words on what she could do with the part... I will never use this business again

Our company was in Lawrence doing a large job where we were in need of pipe and fittings, most of the time in a hurry. KC Windustrial was there for us all of the way. Over the course of 3 months we issued over 40 purchase orders, all got filled complete and on time, Often same day. On more than one occasion the salesmen (Taylor Caldwell) delivered the parts because we needed them immediately and didn't have someone to go pick them up.
