We are first time homeowners and our first big repair ended up being replacement of our hot water heater. After some digging to find a solid local company Karalis kept coming up, and for good reason. They have been responsive, knowledgeable, and timely from the beginning. We ended up having them do a full AC tuneup right after that and now we’ve been on their maintenance plan for 2x annual heating and air checkups since then. We also recently had the capacitor short out on our AC condenser and they said they’d be here at 9:30, got here at 9:30, answered all my questions, had it fixed and were out the door by 10:15. Dealing with Paul and his entire team at Karalis Mechanical Services has been a fantastic experience. We reached out a few weeks back as we live in an area of Broomall plagued with power outages.
