Today my reefer broke down here, and there was a snowstorm, and the temperature couldn’t go above four or five Fahrenheit. Then there was a problem with the snow, and also the alternator broke down, so it stopped working. I called many mechanics—some road service guys, and Thermo King too. First Thermo king said, “Okay, come to our shop.” I drove an hour to get there. But when I arrived, they said, “Sorry, we can’t help, our mechanic didn’t pick up the phone.” So I had driven an hour for nothing and got no help. They had the reefer up and running within an hour. They fixed it really fast, charged a reasonable price, and the staff was great. They helped me out completely, and it was Saturday too, which made me really happy
