I accidentally found Just Air during a Google search to get a 2nd & 3rd opinion regarding my ducting & I wanted to learn more regarding heat pumps. Molly was very knowledgeable and helpful setting up my meeting with Jaime and then my follow up appointment to have my HVAC serviced and return duct upsized! She was just so kind and personable!! Jaime was honest, patient, and helpful in assessing my ducting and explaining what was needed. He was also available to discuss an error with parts ordered for my service and was quick to find a resolution.
