As an HVAC contractor, Johnstone Supply has been an essential part of my business. Their customer service is solid and professional. Sometimes you need to wait a bit until a salesperson is available, but once they are, everything gets resolved quickly and efficiently — no runaround, no excuses, just solutions. Their online interface and product catalog are excellent and easy to navigate. In 99% of cases they have the parts I need for furnace and air conditioning repairs in stock, which saves a tremendous amount of time on service calls. Most of my testing and diagnostic tools are purchased here as well — prices are fair, and equipment is reliable. Johnstone also provides training and technical classes for contractors, which I really value. It shows they care not only about selling products, but about supporting proper installation and long-term service. Overall, this is a trustworthy supplier with great resources for HVAC professionals. I am pleased to work with them.

The app is nice and counter sales are always friendly. I just wish they would stock there store more. In HVAC service, I need parts quickly. Our customers need repairs done the same day. They don’t want to hear that since the order was put in too late in the day we cans get it for 2 days. If you need parts same day, Meier usually keeps a good in-store inventory.
