Part of a national network with over 450 locations across the US and Canada and more than 70 years in operation, the Phoenix branch supplies unitary and specialty equipment, repair and replacement parts, and related supplies for a full range of commercial systems. The store supports facility managers and their HVAC contractors working in diverse commercial building types throughout Phoenix — including office buildings, retail spaces, industrial and warehouse facilities, hotels and hospitality properties, restaurants, and multifamily developments. Phoenix's extreme desert climate places heavy demand on commercial cooling infrastructure, making reliable parts availability especially critical for property managers managing RTU-heavy rooftop configurations common in low-rise commercial construction. Customers consistently highlight the speed of order pickup — with contractors reporting unloading times under 20 minutes — and a counter staff that recognizes regular contractors by name. The location carries a 4.7/5 Google rating across verified reviews, with contractors citing staff members Zayne, Jose, and Erwin by name for exceeding expectations. Johnstone University training resources and an online eCatalog are also available to support the technical teams facility managers rely on.
