I called this company and told them that I was running late and would be there right at close to pick up some equipment- I got there at 429 and they closed at 430. I was charged $125 for getting there before closing ! I was furious. I cared more about taking care of my customer so I paid the lousy fee, nevertheless how much will they lose in the end? I will take my business else where. The only reason i didn’t give them a 1 is because my experiment with them isn’t all bad, but this was a deal breaker!

I needed 4 capacitors and a contactor, at least $300 worth of parts, and the guy behind the counter was quick to tell me "We are wholesale only" and since I didn't have an account he was unwilling to sell to me. Maybe they are worried about warranty issues but I've never seen an electrical part that had a return policy beyond clear factory defect, and I'm sure the fine print on their invoices cover that. I guess they just don't need the revenue

10/01/19 - This place is a joke. I ordered a motor and they said it would be in Monday. I Called Monday afternoon and they said it didn't come in and it would be Tuesday. I called Tuesday around 10:00am and they told me that there truck has came in but know one has checked the packages in yet. I called back at 1:30pm to see if the motor came with a capacitor and they said it doesn't but they are not sure what size because they haven't checked it in yet. Now I have a restaurant that is over 90 degrees in the kitchen since Friday and they act like they don't even care. I wish I could have gave them negative 5 stars. I cant believe this branch treats people this way. They are clearly not for the customer and must all be lazy.
