I drive past their Mentor location due to a poor experience with the manager Mike to shop at this location. Christian runs a great store and is always willing to go the extra mile for his customers. All around great location Bob in the motor shop and Megan do a fantastic job as well.

Big shoutout to Christian and Ryan at Johnstone! Since Christian took over, this branch has made a lot of positive changes and it definitely shows. Better communication, better support, and overall a much better experience than it used to be. Ryan is also one of those reps who always goes to bat for you & always seems to find the diamond in the rough. If it’s oddball, hard to get, or takes extra digging, he puts in the work to make it happen for you and your client. There’s still some room to improve on stocking certain catalog items, especially when all of your other branches seem to keep stock consistently, but I can confidently say the team does what they need to do to get it handled - even when it means more work on their end. Oh and let's not forget - no delivery fees! This is a huge plus for us, especially when so many other supply houses around Cleveland are charging them on every invoice.
