We went to the store with a licensed hvac professional, did not have an account with the store and there was zero effort to answer our questions. Amazon has all the parts we needed but we were thinking to support our neighborhood commerce, but we got the advise to buy from Amazon. So sad!

Prices are ridiculously high. Staff is very rude. They sell you incorect parts at a jacked up price and then hide behin their no return policy. Dispute the charge on your credit card if they sell you an incorrect part. You are better off ordering from an online retailer.
