We had them come out and do a flush on our Navien instant hot water heater. The tech came on time explained what he was going to do. The service was provided. They did a complete flush with a device to remove scale. He recommended a filter system made for our unit. He also reset the system as whoever Toll Brothers had install it, did it wrong! I bought one and will have him install it. Would strongly recommend.
