I had an outstanding experience with Jewell Mechanical installing my Mitsubishi mini split system (MSZ-GX12NL). From start to finish, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. Nate and Michael handled the installation, and their workmanship was exceptional. They took unlimited time explaining both the installation process and how the system operates, making sure I understood everything clearly. They were extremely detail-oriented, clean, and professional throughout the job. What really impressed me was the level of care they put into the installation itself. They properly pressurized the system with nitrogen to thoroughly check for leaks and pulled the system down below 130 microns under vacuum to ensure all moisture and condensation were removed before startup. It’s obvious they take pride in doing things the right way instead of cutting corners. I also worked with Josh, the project manager, who was uniquely responsive, prompt, and professional the entire time. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. On top of the quality work, Jewell Mechanical’s pricing was significantly better than the other HVAC companies I received estimates from — nearly half the price of the highest quote I got. Excellent workmanship, fair pricing, great communication, and genuinely nice people to work with. I highly recommend Jewell Mechanical. I have worked with many HVAC companies over the years and I have finally found a company that I completely trust; from now on when I need HVAC help there is only one company I will call, Jewell Mechanical.
