They were very professional, polite and did an excellent job… When our heat went out, they sent the owner to my house in a couple of hours… He examine the boiler determined that it would have to be replaced..He was able to get his crew there in two days to put a new system in. .. Other companies said I would have to wait 5 days…The owner John came with the crew to help and supervise the installation. They also installed a new gas line to my dryer at no addition charge…

Boiler stopped working this morning. Jet Air came through once again! Called and they were here within the hour. Danny came and diagnosed the problem immediately, discussed everything with me and gave me a very reasonable price for the job. We had heat and hot water as soon as a half hour of him showing up. HIGHLY RECOMMED! Thank you again Jet Air!

I can’t thank Jet air enough. The evening of Super Bowl I noticed my house was freezing. I called Jet air the next morning and they showed up at my house within one hour. Unfortunately, I needed a new boiler and we were expecting a huge snow storm the following day. The family ran business was dealing with a death in the family, yet they started the job immediately and worked tirelessly for two days through the snow storm. The owner took multiple calls from me as I was trying to understand exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. They Replaced my boiler with an energy efficient model and completed the job before I had major issues from pipes freezing. They took the time to explain everything to us, the service worker that initially showed up(I wish I could remember his name and thank him) was very kind and sympathetic. We are fairly new homeowners and he truly helped us make the best choice for our lifestyle. They gave us a great deal, waived the service charge and even offered interest free refinancing, Which was 100% needed considering the unexpected expense. I spent one night in a hotel and expected to come home to a huge mess considering they were in and out of my house knee deep in snow. It was as if they were never there. My house was as clean as I left it. My husbands friend looked at the job they did and he said it was A1.
