James with James River Air tackle and handle a very complex water heater job and did it with ease. It was an original water heater in my great grandfather 1953 house . Replaced it with a new efficient one he showed up on time, very polite and patient He answered all of my questions even mopped my kitchen floor after he finished Thank you for an excellent job!

James at James River Air was came out twice for service. Once for a planned service and another for a minor issue. Both times he was super professional, knowledgeable and took his time explaining what needed to be done and next steps. I appreciated that he didn’t rush and never made seem like we were a bother especially during the after hours call. I’ve been using JR for the past 2years and everyone from the service team in the office, the guys that come out and people on the phone have been spectacular.
