Today is the second time in the last 4 years I have called Jake's for help with my ground source HVAC system. The repairs I needed the first time were extensive and related to the ground loops that they didn't service. But they did find one of the last people on Earth who could help me with that repair. Then did excellent work on the follow up repair needed on my actual unit once the loop work was done. 4 years later I had the fan motor die on the HVAC unit. Came out the following day. Got us fixed up promptly and better than before. I saw another review on here where someone mentioned that Jake's corrected some other outfits sloppy work. That was my situation as well. My blower motor is now properly sized for my unit. Extremely satisfied customer. Would recommend in a heartbeat. I won't call anyone else.
