We recently replaced our 20-year-old HVAC system with Jaguar Heating & Air, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. We worked with Mark Araidi, who was professional, knowledgeable, and helped us navigate the transition from a gas unit to a high-efficiency electric variable-speed side discharge system. ​One of the biggest highlights was their flexibility, they moved the new unit around the corner to a better location at no additional cost. The installation itself was incredibly clean; they even installed a metal protective cover over the new line sets, which looks great and adds extra durability. They were also able to integrate our existing UV air cleaner into the new setup seamlessly. ​The crew was prompt, polite, and left the area spotless after hauling away the old equipment. On the financial side, they handled the SMUD rebate paperwork entirely, and the 10-year parts and labor warranty (which is third-party backed for extra security) gave us total confidence. Overall, amazing. The team at Jaguar with Montie, Jose, David, and Elijah provided top of the line service for a great price. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend. My over 20 year old HVAC system was on its last leg when it abruptly stopped working and Jaguar came to evaluate the issue. Without feeling pressured, they gave me a quote to replace my existing system and the cost to replace. I decided to make the investment with a new one and begin getting comparison quotes. Through research, I wanted a RUUD/Rheem brand and not everyone company could offer that. After finding one company who could match Jaguar while giving a better price, they arrived late to give me a quote, seemed unapologetic about it, they didn’t work weekends, sent my quote late, and were pushing me to make a decision. They made applying for financing easy and in this cold month, they had everything working perfectly and more efficient then ever.
