Jacob Heating and Cooling replaced our aging HVAC system back in early November. From begining to end, I was incredibly impressed with the service. Alex was very helpful in explaining our existing system and making recommendations. Super competitive pricing, aswell. The installation went super smooth. Overall, we have been enjoying our new HVAC system, especially the Ecobee thermostat!

Very disappointed with Jacob Heating and Cooling. The technician did not thoroughly inspect my system: the AC unit wasn’t washed, and the furnace filter wasn’t checked, which would have shown it needed replacement. They insisted the AC needed to be replaced, a prognosis that a second opinion later proved inaccurate. They replaced my furnace in the winter, and a follow-up inspection revealed workmanship issues: the installation wasn’t properly sealed, and the metal air‑filter housing was bent, making filter changes difficult. They also misplaced a $700 drill used during the job. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Jacob Heating and Cooling. If you choose them, request a detailed written estimate, ask for before‑and‑after photos, and consider getting a second opinion for major replacements.
