It was a pleasure to work with Bob Matlock to spec out our new A/C system. The following day the installation team led by Lucasz Pintal arrived at the scheduled time, and I was totally blown away by the pre-install process where they carefully unloaded the new equipment from the truck, then surveyed the existing system. One team member started removal of the air handler and the other started on the compressor. They both worked quickly and steadily with the removal, then proceeded to begin the installation of the new system. After several hours the new system was installed and tested. I was really astonished at how professionally the new system was installed compared to the slap-dash installation of the old system (see photos). Lucasz and his team did an excellent job and I highly recommend J&W Heating and Air. Technician Kim Gwyn was great! Our air handler in the garage is leaking water. I showed him and he was able to quickly identify what the issue is. He also quickly checked out the state of the rest of the system. He explained, without pushing, that because of the age of our A/C unit it may make better sense to replace rather than repair. Enjoyed working with Kim.

Had 3 different companies and J&W was the first one and had a feeling it was the right one.. After listening to 2 other companies I called back J&W to schedule the Installation for my A/C unit we just purchased. Today the a/c Fan on the outside unit failed, yes… 2 months old but things happens. Raul came today and replace it and got back the a/c running in no time.. so far so good.
